Red Lobster

This was an amazing restaurant experience. Our waitress Elizabeth was Great, the food was Delicious and the Manager came around and greeted us and asked if we need anything, please let them know. I have to say I’m happy we went and I’m sure anyone who decides to patron This Red Lobster will have a Great experience as well. Thank you Elizabeth for your great service on my birthday.❤️

Service is not really good. Last carry out order I had was wrong. I was offered a discount on my next order but never returned.
Received a gift card for the review above. But used it to visit the Red Lobster in Ann Arbor. Changing my review from 2 stars to 4 for the gift card. I will return this summer to see if the service as improved.

Nice location in Novi nearby Detroit. Seafood had good quality but not enough spices. Taste was not very special. Nevertheless I would come back again and to try out other meals.

Surprisingly good! I had a steak and baked, my wife chicken and both were really tasty. I came in for the all you can eat shrimp but that sadly only is between like 3 and 6. The garlic biscuits were hot and buttery awesome, in fact there is a lot of butter on this food but you know that going in. The place was dead, maybe just 2 or 3 other tables, our server Shannon was polite and fast.

Clean place to eat, decent staff.
It’s not easy being a waitress or waiter. So I try not to be too critical as I’ve served tables myself. Prompt service, refills and food.
Haven’t been let down yet!! Keep up the good work :)
