“It was my first time ever going to The Cheesecake Factory! We patronized the Twelve Oaks location. We did not dine in, we did carry out orders for cheesecake. I really enjoyed my Lemon Meringue cheesecake. It was very flavorful and delicious! I also purchased a slice of lemon raspberry cheesecake. I look forward to devouring it tomorrow. It was a very busy and energized atmosphere. The ladies behind the counter were awesome. I plan to go again so that we can sit down and eat.”

“Great pizza! Stone fired, similar to Italy. Staff could have a bit more character, but they were friendly enough. I loaded my pizza up because I got a little trigger happy and couldn't decide what I wanted. Warning: it will make your pizza soggy, or needs to be baked longer. But still delicious. Something on the pizza tasted really salty though. I don't know if it was one of the sauces or what, but I definitely could taste it. Forgot to take a photo of the pizza, sorry. Middle crust was soggy, outer crust is amazing. I would definitely get it again, but I would be more prudent about my topping choices. (It's sort of like a Pieology pizza place.)”

How is it possible to be out of ham for more than three weeks? Upped my review to 4 stars, things are getting better. Air conditioner is at a good temp again, the coffee is full, and the condiments are always full. Keep it and I'll go back to 5 stars again. Changed my review from 5 stars to three... This place is starting to go down hill. They are often out of coffee at the coffee bar, the air conditioner is always set to meat locker, they are often out of condiments (salt or pepper), on many days my food sits on the counter while the staff is doing who knows what. The food is still good though.”
