Always busy. The hot n ready is never ready but the food quality is good. Recommend if you don't mind the wait

I work down the street from this location, I often order lunch for my staff here. They are always professional and friendly, even though I normally order multiple pizza’s at probably their busiest time of the day “lunch hour”. In my profession, I have many young people working under my direction and I continually hear about how pour the millennials work ethic is today. While waiting for my order, I had the pleasure of watch a young man working at this location walk out into the waiting area to collect the money from an elderly women who had a very difficult time standing and walking. He then returned her change to her and engaged in a pleasant conversation while preparing her order. Once her order was complete he proceeded to walk out to the waiting area “pizza in hand”, and helped the elderly women out of her seat, then proceeded to lend a helping arm to assist her for their walk across the busy parking lot to her car. All this without missing a beat at their busiest time of the day.

They do a pretty good job there. The pizza is usually delicious, especially the deep dish. The downside is the pizza is rarely "hot and ready", so people are frequently waiting to get their pizza, which creates real complications in the parking lot because it is impossible to get in one of the parking spots once you are at the pickup window due to the layout of the parking lot. Also, about a month ago, I went there to place an order knowing I'd have to wait 15-20 minutes to get my pizza, went to pick up my kids from daycare, came back, and was told that my pizza would take another 5-10 minutes. I ended up sitting there for almost 30 minutes. Pitter Patter, y'all.
