“Wonderfully tasty and authentic Indian cuisine at a decent price. Pulled in there on a bit of an impulse and put in my order for Tandoori Chicken and Vegetable Samosas. There is no dine-in, so it's takeaway ordering. Tandoori entree is a half chicken with that lovely Indian barbecue/yogurt glaze, served with caramelized onions and green peppers. It was a bit oily, but crazy delicious. The Samosas were huge and came with 2 sauces, one having cilantro. While waiting the 30 minutes (it wasn't too busy, and they said it might be done sooner) I popped into the 7-11 next door, and I was salivating, thinking of the meal to come. When I stopped back in, I was told the chicken dish had been burned, and they were making me another one. They kindly offered a delicious mango lassi while I waited. Total bill was about $20, and the food was enough for two meals. The staff are very kind and enthusiastic. We love you in Oak Park!”

I don't eat pork and finding a place that sells beef ribs has been difficult until now. Jewel, thank you ma'am. Customer service on point. The cook took out time to speak to me while busy, excellent. My only disappointment was the quantity of the ribs and cornbread. However, good place to visit. I wish you the best Jewel.”

“I like to try new BBQ places as they appear and was waiting for this place to open. It was definitely worth the wait. We ended up getting the Pit Masters combo. Got in 30 minutes before they closed so they ran out of rib tips but more than made up for it in brisket and pulled pork. Everything was great from the ribs to the chicken. Everything was well smoked and cooked in its own BBQ sauce completely complementing each meat. Got Mac and cheese and baked beans as sides which were exceptional. The beans were deliciously cooked and the Mac was made with lots of cheese, enough that it was slightly stringy. Also came with some delicious classic sweet corn bread. Definitely one of the best in the area. Get the Pit Masters to try everything and be impressed.”
