I cannot believe some of the bad reviews????. This place is known as the best to everyone I've met in Oakland county. The food is out if this world and the service is always fast. Best small business around!!!

Best sandwiches in Michigan. I love the salmon sandwich with smoked Gouda. Another fave (from when I was vegetarian) is the grilled cheese with apples, carmelized onions and homemade jam- so exceptional. I usually go after a long bike ride when I'm famished and eat my whole sandwich, but the portions are large enough that you could make 2 satisfactory meals out of 1 sandwich easily.
My boyfriend, who is a very picky eater, loves the selection. He always gets the breakfast sandwich, no matter the time of day! This is a great place for people who love good food and no frills. I love chatting with the guys at the counter. I hope this place never changes.

Wow, just wow. Best sandwich place I've ever been to. It's a small place with a great friendly atmosphere. Flavors just explode without overpowering each other. Best lemonade ever, freshly made, not sugary or sticky. Great place.

I have been going to Chadd's for a couple years now and I can't say enough good things. I recommend trying the sweet potato fries which come with cinnamon butter. The Pastrami Surprise is one of my favorite sandwiches. Everyone that works there is really friendly!

Another five star review for Chad's. I always get the Skinny John and it never fails to be delicious. The fries are awesome especially dipped in their homemade Bistro sauce or ketchup. If you live in the area and haven't given this place a try you really should consider because although it's just sandwiches and soup, the guys there are really great and obviously love what they do. It shows in the quality of product they serve. As a tip: bring cash if you can because they add a small surcharge to credit or debit card purchases (which for a small business is completely understandable as those surcharges can be quite expensive).
