Panera Bread

I ordered the Tuesday Baker's Dozen bagels, which is $3.00 cheaper than other days of the week. I put in the order on Monday, which is what you need to do these days if you want to get the bagel varieties you want. When we arrived there was nothing waiting on the Rapid Pickup shelf, and when we asked about our order the worker got a wild eyed, confused look and headed for the back.

A manager came out to apologize and explained that the morning manager had missed seeing the order and there were no bagels available. I was happy enough to agree to pick them up the next day, Wednesday, and the manager promised to throw in a couple of extra bagels. My wife requested that they include some of their plastic storage bags and that they keep the two varieties of bagel separate, and the manager was happy to agree.

I picked up the bagels this morning. They again weren't on the Rapid Pickup shelf, but a worker brought them out from the back when I asked. All the bagels were tossed in together, and I had to ask for the plastic bags. When I got home I realized that the promised extra bagels weren't in the bag. I really should have stood there and counted them.

In sum, the order was not available when promised, when I did receive it our requests had been forgotten and the extra items promised weren't there. Panera's prices have been rising in recent years, and although the bagels still taste good I wonder how much longer we will continue going there.

I ordered from this place probably 100 times over the years, no errors! Great service, delivery people awesome. Recently, we got a Panera at Crooks rd and Long Lake area. I have ordered 5 times, and 4 were wrong! I try to call, phones don't work, people there in chaos. I had to drive our 5th order back, and get refund. I am leaving a review for this location, because now I know I had a great place there (corporate says I cannot get orders from Roch Rd, so I am stuck with no Panera now). Hampton Village Panera on Roch Rd is AWESOME!

This was my and my grandmothers first time here and it was not very good. They were that busy hut was slow. They did not ask us what size cups we wanted and they had sauces on our sandwiches that we did not ask for nor did the menu say they had sauces on it. When we got our food my plate was dirty. It was disgusting. My mac and cheese was not that warm at all. The floor under the table had napkins all over and was dirty. When I got up to get our food the staff did not even talk which was rude. We will not be going back ever.

Panera always has good service, good prices, and good food. I really recommend getting the Panera rewards because sometimes the rewards are really great like free sandwiches.

Tasty potato soup and a Mediterranean sandwich filled the needed quite well. Service was quick, Cafe was clean and comfortable. Stopped in about 2:45 Wednesday afternoon. Surprising busy at this time.
