Chuck E. Cheese

I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese in yeeaaars but was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, modern ticket/swipe card systems, food and staff at this location. The entire staff were on their game and patient and friendly with my kids, plus the rides and games were easy for even my 2 and 3 y/o's to work. I was very happy with our visit and if I lived closer would be here quite often!

We scheduled and paid for a deposit on a birthday party a month in advance. We were promised that we would have our own party attendant who would greet us at the door and inform us of what is going to take place. We get there and no one greeted us, we stood around waiting for someone because we were told someone was coming and they never did. My wife finally was able to find someone and lo and behold they did not have our party scheduled for that day. Luckily, two of the girls who were running other parties really stepped up and got everything organized the table set up and made it a memorable occasion. I have to admit I was pretty embarrassed when all the parents were showing up with their kids and we didn't have a party. They did compensate us for the trouble and overall the party was actually pretty great. Even though I did receive an email prior to the event, I would recommend calling the day before to make sure they have your party on their schedule. For the money that we paid I thought it was well worth it.

Had my twins 4th birthday party here. Staff was amazing! Melina our server was the best. My boys were blown away. Thanks for the great service!

Myself and daughter decided to go. Spent $40 on two 1-hour game cards. Won over 3000 tickets. Very clean, nice Salad bar and good pizza. Staff was very friendly. Definitely coming back
