    The food is good, but I found out that the ckicken on my girlfriend pasta was burn out tasted like carbon, some piece not all of them. The pastas overall has too much oil even you can feel it on your lips when you are eating it.

    I took my wife there Friday evening for her Birthday . They made the evening wonderful .

    We live in downtown Rochester and this is our favorite place. Food & service are always excellent. They treat us like family!

    The food was good though not as good as the one other time I've been. They claim everything is made from scratch, and while this could be true, I was served aroncini that we're still frozen in the middle. They did remove that item from the bill at least. The service was good enough. Our server was kind and engaging but was the only one in our section. When we first arrived there seemed to be one server working while 2-3 others stood around. The wait at the door got to the point where a customer at the bar (actually the manager on the day off)sat us.

    Overall, I think there are better Italian places with fewer problems. Wouldn't recommend.

    Hands down best food I've had in the past few years. Great ambiance and great staff. Chef Dan has beautiful original recipes you must try!
