D'Marcos Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar

Very attractive setup, with a wide ranging Italian menu. Food was somewhat pricey, but definitely high quality. This is not the best Italian I've had, but still a nice experience.

My wife and I like to sit in the lounge/bar area and enjoy a bottle of wine (great wine list). Last night we shared a few apps, meatballs and sausage&peppers. Very good. Then decided to split an entree. Went with Veal Florentine based on recommendation from one of the owners that stopped by to see how our evening was going. He was right, very flavorable. Have done this with neighbors as well. We appreciate the atmosphere, comfortable and classier than bar/grills in the area, but not stuffy. Easy to visit but enough activity going on around that we feel like we are out in the community.

Great experience, we stayed for about 4 hours. Started with the $5 off wine at happy hour and tried most of the appetizers. Dinner was really good (Chilean Sea Bass) and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The owner stopped by our table for some conversation and brought us some after dinner drinks on the house. Felt like I was back in Italy.

Seemed like a wonderful restaurant. Great ambiance, menu, and cleanliness, however, the service was absolutely terrible.

Came in just for dessert, ordered hot water, coffee, and lemon cake. We were there for over an hour waiting for menu, drinks, and food. Then we ended up leaving cash because the server never came and got our bill.

Probably a nice restaurant, but it left a horrible taste in our mouths due to the service.
