Arkins Sweet BBQ Pit

THIS is the BEST!!! I never had brisket until Arkins and NOW I crave it! I had a brisket grilled cheese and Good God from Zion, clearly this was made in Heaven's Kitchen! By far some of the greatest bbq I've tasted and thankfully I don't have to go far to get it!!

This is the best in the land! Their brisket has no equal ! The service is first class and everyone is extremely polite. I absolutely love their ribs. As a matter fact, I have eaten many items from their menu and not a single is of a low standard. Long live Arkins!

Best barbecue joint Michigan! It'd be nice if they had more than chicken and brisket for non-pork eaters but their sides and quality of meat make up for it.

Had the brisket, tried the lean and the fat. Both were good but nothing to wrote home about. Bark is very peppery. The mac and cheese is AMAZING. I'm not one for home made mac and cheese but I could have ordered five sides of it, it was so good.

My husband and I decided to check out this BBQ joint that we recently saw on Fox 2 Detroit news. We were unable to do the Tuesday special but said will come on a Sunday. So it's a little after Noon and people already coming in and out with their bags of food we decide to dine in. We notice the the close til they sell out. We waited about 17to 20 minutes for us to get our food. It was hot and tender. We got the platter for two whole slab of ribs two sides withTexas toast. Mac & cheese and sweet corn. It was delicious. The owner even came over and greeted us. Real friendly place. We shall return!
