Great selection of dry aged beef and good choice of mutton. My deli sandwich was basically made with value bread. And when i was selecting meat from the counter there were small children, assumingly a workers children, behind the butchers counter touching EVERYTHING. Both workers present seemed unhygenic. I was told by the person at the counter that all the meat is sourced local to Michigan, i really hope thats true. Im a little crazy about cleanliness and the fact children are running wild behind the counter, but i will return. I hope they stick around and tighten everything up. We need a solid butcher in the area!

Stopped in for lunch, ordered the custom blend mini burger combo with waffle fries. They were Awesome! The flavor was excellent!
