Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

Really great place, although the wait was very long, I'm assuming since it just opened and this type of restaurant may be the first of its kind in Michigan. Came to this place at around 5:45pm and signed up for the waiting list around the same time as well, it was not until 9pm that we were able to be seated. Covid restrictions on social distancing did play a role on the seating situation since they can only have about 50% capacity, I'm sure once it goes back to normal capacity the wait will be shorter. The food was great and having the ability to order what you want aside from having the conveyor belt options is also an amazing characteristic about the restaurant. Overall, super fast service, friendly staff, great environment, and just a fantastic experience overall.

Awesome sushi, everything I tried was delicious, revolving sushi restaurants are the best to try a bunch of different kinds of sushi. Not one that I tried disappointed. Limited contact was great for covid-19 dining but the service was still phenomenal. The wait time was pretty long so be prepared to put your name in early we waited a little over two hours but they text before your spot is ready. We went to the mall while waiting. Over all I will definitely be back again.

You go here for the fun and the novelty. The sushi is just average and the wait time is very long, but it's fun enough to be worth it. Every 15 plates you win a prize (2.75 per sushi plate). There are cute little animations every 5 plates. If you like a playful atmosphere and don't need top shelf quality this is a good option for a night out. My fiance and I enjoyed it.

The wait time is pretty long at least right now, maybe it'll get better once things open up. As far as food goes it was great! The sushi is pretty average for the most part, but there are a lot of different kinds to try, where other sushi places you just order one or two kinds and stick with it. Sitting at the end kinda stinks because by time the kinds you want get to you they are gone, again hopefully that'll change if they slow down. It was a lot of fun would be a great date night or small group gathering!

Everything was clean and tidy, staff was fun and helpful, and followed all social distancing rules to the best of their ability!

Despite a massive wait time due to it being their grand opening, I was very impressed by this restaurant. Fresh made sushi of all varieties strolls by on a conveyor belt and you pick what you want. If nothing suits your fancy you can order something off the touchscreen panels at the table. Everything was very clean, all the food I had was very, very delicious, and the atmosphere is fun and enjoyable. Can't wait to go back!
