Shake Shack

Heard about the Shake Shack from my son when he did a co-op term in Manhattan. He said there was always a huge line-up at their location in Time Square. To my surprise there was a Shack Shack located in the mall Somerset Collection of Troy, MI. I chose a Shack Stack. it was delicious. I was disappointed that with a great burger it was not accompanied by great fries. The fries tasted like McCain frozen crinkle cut fries.

I love this place. The food is great, pricey, but great. On the off-chance they screw up your order, they always correct it and do so happily. The staff is always friendly. It's always worth the trip.

They serve some great burgers, definitely worth the visit. The cheese fries were nice as well. However, service wasn’t the best and the men’s bathroom was in bad shape. Overall nice food, the restaurant just needs some work.

Staff was super friendly & polite. Food was fantastic & fresh. The cheese fries especially were amazing. The prices are really OUT OF THIS WORLD though, and I don't mean cheap. We paid $28 for myself and one child. Chicken sandwich, 6 piece chicken bites, 2 fries, lemonade & one shake. It's really hard to get over that price! So be aware of that. Also, we actually had to LOOK for a clean table. A lot of the tables were dirty, napkins on the floor etc. The area where you get condiments was clean but the tables & floor being dirty was a little bit of a disappointment.

We really like how they make their burgers here medium. I also love that they have relish. It's delicious. Our one daughter really likes the cheese fries and the fries are krinkle cut. Those are good too. Staff is kind and seem to care about the customers and take pride in a clean restaurant.
