Panera Bread

We have enjoyed our Sunday morning visit here for the last three years. The staff is always friendly and have remained great for the entire time.

I never really go to Panera. Today i made the exception and strolled on in. I was invited with a welcoming staff that seemed to go out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience. I would like to personally give credit to Sierra whom did her best at providing an excellent service. She personally took time to listen to my questions, took the extra effort, and made my experience with Panera all that much better. Overall, I will definitely be coming back!

The food here is great. I should say that the manager Dawn is very welcoming and good at what she does. Usually the person at the counter can make my substitutions I ask for, but sometimes it's difficult. Wait time mostly is quick with a few exceltions... When I come here on weekends, typically the afternoon shift horses around too much. I've noticed a certain manager is too laid back and his shift plays around a bit. I'm all for having a good time, but it is a place of business and it should be as professional as possible. I typically wouldn't say anything about it, but when the girls on the food line are so loud and obnoxious along with the laughter, to the point where you can't even have a casual conversation, I think it needs mentioning. Furthermore, if it takes 15 minutes to dish a cup of soup and salad or sandwich, there's something wrong. I tend to have a good experience here, but really it is hit or miss for me.
