Nashville Detroit

Takeout only. We walked in hoping for table service, but had no idea that was not an option. The owner did bring out our food to the car when it was ready, which was nice. We ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and loaded Piggie Waffle Fries. The chicken was very flavorful with a good warming type of spice. Unfortunately both of our sandwich buns were soggy from the coleslaw by the time we reached home. The pulled pork on the waffle fries was flavorful.

Prices are higher than what someone might normally expect, but if I wanted a quality chicken sandwich it's possible I could be back only if I was passing through the area. Their quality of their chicken is definitely on the better end, juicy, fried well and portioned nicely.

Honestly I might only be back if they start dine in because this type of food is much better fresh on site, rather than after a 15-20 min drive home or delivery. I like fresh toasted sandwich bread with my sandwiches rather than them getting soggy, same with the waffle fries and cheese not being the true temperature they need to be enjoyed when served immediately.

Was skeptical about this place when it opened because the last great food place closed and needed something to match the taste. Well....this place is delicious. I had the classic Nashville hot chicken sandwich and wife had the chicken fritters. Wife knows her food from past ownership in Detroit and she said the fritters were absolutely perfect. My sandwich was perfect and just enough hotness to satisfy my taste buds. Will go back again soon forsure.

This is a take out style restaurant. Disappointed with the setup, the "gourmet food" is cold by the time it gets home.
The food is colorful and visually pleasing but not impressed much with all the flavors. The catfish po'boy was bland, and the waffle cut fries were soggy. The fries have seasoning on but it did not taste like anything. The grilled chicken sandwich is one item I would recommend, though it is very messy and falls apart when picked up. The bun is thick and I took alot of the bun off or else you can't taste and of the insides. The Nashville mac and cheese is hot hot spice.

We just got dinner from there and it was AMAZING. I was a little nervous because it is a little pricey but totally worth it for what you get and my husband said the owner was super nice.

This place is legit!

We started with the bang bang shrimp which had the right balance of heat and sweet.

Followed with the hot chicken waffle fries. The chicken was fantastic, crispy, hot, and spicy in all the right ways.

The shrimp po boy was huge and sloppy delicious.

The last best part was the chicken sandwich with pulled pork. The pork added a great flavor when paired with their sauce. The chicken breast was a huge making a satisfying sandwich.

This is easily the best new restaurant in the area. A great concept, tasty food, heat that huts right, and chicken with the crunch you're looking for.

Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!!
