Very surprised by this location. Fish is cut cleanly and properly, they have classic Japanese sushi entrees as well as bunch of extremely American maki rolls. I don't expect much sushi-wise from West Michigan, but hey, if you're looking for something decent, this is the place to go.
We just ate at Lucky Tea and it was fantastic! Wonderful selection of sushi, high quality ingredients, friendly fast service and nice calming atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
This was our first time at Lucky Tea. My kids, who don't love raw fish had plenty of options and they had all my favorite rolls and sashimi. They were unprepared for serving bubble tea (which I imagine they'd be more prepared for in warmer weather?). Additionally, the preparation of the rolls was not pristine (perhaps a silly thing, but the sushi rolls I've been served over the years have always been impeccable). Regardless, everything tasted wonderful and we will definitely be back in the future for more.
This is the type of sushi that can change your mind about what your wanting to eat for lunch or dinner! If you know someone or you yourself aren't a big fan of sushi than this is the place where you can try it for your self because you can have your own sushi made the way you want it to be. If you don't want to eat it raw I'm sure they'd be willing to cook whatever kind of meat you want. It truly is the best sushi I've ever had in my life
Quick stop for a delicious tea beverage. They have a small selection of loose leaf tea and tea accessories (infusers, bag holders, tea storage) so if you're trying loose leaf for the first time, or are just looking for an infuser, this is a good place to stop.
Their loose leaf tea doesn't have any kind of description, so you may have to ask the flavor profile of their blends (I got the white strawberry blend). The prices are great, and if you're in the area, this place is definitely worth stopping in.
