“Here are my feelings about Kicked up Catering! We hired Kicked up Catering for my Daughters weddings and right from the beginning we were treated very kind and very professionally. Their own attention to detail was amazing and they even were helpful when my daughter and her husband to be were already stressed out, and we loved how Mrs. Gonnella called us and made a special trip to our home to help with the planning of dinner event. On the night before the wedding they contact us to ask if there was any last moment changes in the menu, or even possible items we might have missed, which I thought was a nice touch. Kicked Up Catering never kept us guessing and were truly the most professional company that you could hire. The food was amazing, everything that was supposed to be hot was hot, and not one of our guest complained NOT ONE! He hired another company 2 years ago and that company was a nightmare but Kicked Up Catering was professional and made you feel comfortable. The price for the catering was very fair and we even saved money. After they cleaned up their area, didn’t leave any messes, and even left any leftover for behind, but in a professional setting which we never really asked for, but they did it anyway. Would I recommend this company, Well after 6 girls and two of them getting married in the past 4 years and 4 more girls to go, it is very important to use to have a catering company we can trust and Kicked Up Catering is that company you can trust to get the job done and done right. ”

They have a pretty large sandwich menu and they also serve soups and cold deli salads. The staff is always friendly. Lucy's is one of the best places to grab lunch in all of Grand Haven.”

“This review is solely on their food, I have not tried a drink yet. I went in with a good friend and we each tried the chicken wings. They were delicious and prepared perfectly. These are not "bar wings", so beware, your taste buds will need to be ready. Best wings in town, easily. I live downtown and I've been everywhere, believe me when I say the wings are excellent. Our waitress was very nice, very spot-on with her service. The chef/owner stopped by to check on us, and a hostess even popped in to refill water. We were there on a Saturday afternoon during a busy time in Grand Haven, and the service was excellent. I felt like they understood how to take care of people, which you won't find from any of the bars that share that section of the block in downtown GH. Can't wait to go back and try another item from the menu, we saw some tasty sandwiches being served. Special note: they have a raised deck for street patio seating. This is an excellent touch. The Theater Bar and The Grand and Dee-Lite have street seating which has decrepit iron that I've seen fall apart. Long Road Distillers has the best street seating downtown, easily. It was very comfortable. Everyone walking by was intrigued and seemed jealous that we had such a great perch.”

“A summer tradition since moving to Grand Haven. Yummy giant pretzels served by the nicest college students. There are other items on the menu, but I always get a salty pretzel with mustard and the pretzel is so buttery! Eat at the picnic tables while enjoying the people and boat-watching. The scenery is great, too. Then, go next door for a hot fudge sundae!”

The food here was delicious; I got the fettuccine alfredo for the same price as Olive Garden, but it was much better, with about twice the sauce. “Excellent food and service. Part of the Gilmore restaurant collection from Grand Rapids. Great location, great views, right down town Grand Haven....a must when in town. Also tons of great shopping and other great restaurants, and killer beach scene with constant activities on the beach and in town. We came for a stay at a hotel on the beach for the kite festival and easily biked into town for several nights over the weekend, as we have in the past. Grand Haven is a true Michigan gem.”
