    I am a member of the drive-thru car wash and I had to drive through three times yesterday being that I paid for the works and it only gave me the basic Car Wash which is not what I paid for. Also, they always sneak those little plastic condoms on my back windshield and I wish they would ask because they fly off while I'm driving and I don't like to litter.

    Best customer service! They don’t have any Tim Hortons in Indianapolis, called and asked if they’d make me an ice cap at close. I was running behind and didn’t get there till 11:22. They stayed there just to get me my ice cap! I love the customer service and how they went above and beyond to help me! This shows they care a lot for their customers!
    Give those two a raise and keep them happy!!
