Love this place! Accommodated our large party very well and very humorous staff. Would recommend again!
I wouldn't call it 5 star pizza but it was still delicious. 75% of the quality of a pizza comes in the quality of the crust, which was above average. I'd eat here again, though I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way for it unless I'm avoiding chain pizza. Good atmosphere as well.
I had a nice little reunion with my grandmother here. The food was great the atmosphere was good and our waitress was very nice. And the food was amazing we wanted to keep eating even though we where stuffed full.
We love G's. The menu is awesome and everything we order, we love. But dining is has been uncomfortable lately. We sat down on Father's Day for lunch and the first thing that was said to us by the buss boy was, "You're wearing the wrong color... GO BLUE!" (My 7 year and I were wearing Michigan State sweatshirts.) Then he takes our drink order and turns to my husband and says, "oh, and Go Lions... At least we can kick a field goal." (My husband was wearing a Packers hat.) So, as he turns to walk away I say to him, "That's not how you make friends." He comes back with our waters and says to me, "my dad always taught me it's better to be a smart one than a dumb one." I just stared at him in disbelief. He walked away. I didn't want to bother anyone with it at the restaurant, there were only 2 waitresses and they both had a 12+ top aside from their other tables. And it's not their responsibility to explain to this disrespectful, rude young man that you don't trash talk the customers. It was a big let down to be greeted like that; sets the tone for your visit and I didn't need my husband to be frustrated on Father's Day. The food was great. Our waitress was wonderful, but the dark haired younger guy in the glasses needs to learn some people skills if you want your customers to keep coming in. Seriously, trash talking a Dad on Father's Day, a woman and a 7 year old boy. And it's been like this every time we dine in and he's there.
Best pizza around! We love the crust with the perfect chew and crispy all at the same time, the generous tasty cheese and the delicious sauce really make it our all time favorite. The owner and staff are always helpful and accommodating as well. You won’t be disappointed!
