(March 4, 2019, 8:39 pm)This place is the best! I go here pretty much every day and I don't even like subs; I come here every day solely because the staff are so wonderful. I use the mobile app to order ahead of time and they always have my order ready waiting for me at the counter, regardless of how busy they are. I always have my peppers and onions toasted with my sub (highly recommend it) and if I forget to add that to the special instructions they have my back and do it (shout out Chelsea). Top notch customer service and some of the best staff you'll find in all of Frankenmuth. 5 stars!!

(August 10, 2018, 3:38 pm)It's fast food sandwiches. If you adjust your expectations for that you get exactly what you expect. The service was good, the food was what you expect it to be. The restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were as well. The location wasn't too bad for our needs and the food was made just like every other subway I have visited. The menu in the US is a bit different than in Canada but similar enough.
