Panera Bread

Food was good. Service was good at the front counter. Service at the food pick up was not good :( I felt like the workers were angry. My daughter never got her iced coffee. She had to asked for it before we left. I like the Panera statement of quality food. I am willing to pay for good food and it is really good food. But...every time I go into a Panera (not the same locations) the employees seem angry. That alone makes me not want to eat there. Who wants to deal with angry staff that is making question....why are they so angry???? Yikes!

I love Panera, all the food is amazing. Service is wonderful at this place, only good experiences have happened to me. PS, go around 9:30. They have a ton of bagels they can't use.

I am from out of town and unfamiliar with the area - Panera was close and soup/salad sounded good. Walked in late as I got to my hotel late - didn't know they were 3 min away from closing. The young man was so nice about accommodating me! I did not get his name but he was much appreciated!

I always receive amazing customer service at this location. Today, I paid for my latte and drove off without it. I was having a terrible day. I went back totally embarrassed. They saved my coffee and even offered to make another. I even had a sweet message written on my lid. "Have a great day"! Thank you for making my horrible day better! You guys rock.
