“The kids had a blast on the go karts, but the monitor for the laser tag was broken or something because after they were done no one could tell who had the most hits. A few of the arcade games were down as well as the batting cages and I thought there was supposed to be a roller coaster? The place is in need of some TLC from an investor to bring back its former glory, but aside from that they had a pretty good time.”

“Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a good place if you want a healthier option for a sandwich, wrap or salad. The smoothies are also very tasty. All the food and drinks taste great but they are rather small for the price they are. My only complaint is that we ended up getting our smoothies after we had already finished our sandwiches which was not ideal. I would probably contribute this to the poor system of picking up your order. Rather than reading out the name on the order for pick-up, they just read out what the order was. This lead to lots of confusion when there were multiple people that had ordered the same item. Overall, the products were great but the process to get them could use some improvement.”

“First off I had my lunch inside so I will base my review off of that experience. The inside of Firehouse subs was very clean and welcoming. We had a short wait, however it was lunchtime, so it is to be expected and not a bad thing. The staff were friendly and helpful with me deciding on a sub. While waiting for my sub I was treated to a large selection of hot sauces from a scale of 1 to 10. Presumably 10 being the hottest. The scale is very off in my opinion as I am a self admitted chili head. I chose a few 10s and a few 8s and was pleased with the flavor all in all. Heat wise, I was disappointed but not enough for the loss of a star. Over all this place is amazing and I will be returning.”

“Food was good. Service was good at the front counter. Service at the food pick up was not good :( I felt like the workers were angry. My daughter never got her iced coffee. She had to asked for it before we left. I like the Panera statement of quality food. I am willing to pay for good food and it is really good food. But...every time I go into a Panera (not the same locations) the employees seem angry. That alone makes me not want to eat there. Who wants to deal with angry staff that is making question....why are they so angry???? Yikes!”
