Applebee's Grill + Bar

My favorite go to eatery. Oriental chicken salad causes addiction. All you can eat soul and salad for lunch. I usually have 3 bowls of French onion. Makes me so happy. Love the premo margaritas served in the shaker.
Also the 1/2 off appetizers are to die for.

Food and service are always great at the Applebee's in Saginaw on State Street. Lisa on the bar is always on the ball, friendly efficient and a pleasure to see her there. The girl that was on the bar this day, said she could not remove the ice or put less ice in my drink because it was the dollar drink, Vodka raspberry lemonade. I can't have a lot of ice because it closes my throat and I can't breathe. I have never had that happen before and when I asked our usual person on the bar oh, she said that is absolutely not true there's no reason to not take the ice or reduce the ice out of the drink. So I just drank water and didn't order anything that I would have to pay for. Other than that it was great.

Food was excellent, service was excellent. I would go back often! The only issue was there was POS issue and a call in at the bar and the bar tenders were voicing the dirty laundry. I understand the frustration, but on the professional level none of that information should have been presented where customers could overhear. Otherwise, great experience!

Today when we went to Applebee's it was busy as usual. Server was very friendly. It was dirty under the table. They forgot the bread stick that goes with the meal after telling us it would be done soon. Overall Applebee's is just okay. If you're hungry the food is decent and it will get the job done cheap.
