The addition of the meat in the sauce gave the steak sandwich an off flavor. I'm not saying it was bad, it's never bad, but it's not "right". “I got the sesame chicken lunch which was absolutely delicious and the teriyaki chicken which was not great like it usually is. What I was served was incredibly charred to the point that the majority of the chicken on the stick was hard and crunchy. I've eaten here about six different times and the food was great every time but today. Maybe my experience today was just a fluke but disappointing either way. In the end, their meals have always been amazing, their prices are low, and their service is fast.”

“Arby's in general is some top-tier fast food. They're more expensive than McDonald's but the coupons bring it into the zone of 'totally worth it'. This is across the board for all Arby's. I usually take the crazy lady to the one in Saginaw. But the one in Bridgeport in particular stands above the others. 1. The service. It's quick. You're food is made to order and made right. You're in the door and eating before you know it. The girl at the drive through even started conversation with my while waiting. 2) The environment. It's always clean. And it has a nice open layout. I see a lot of fast food restaurants with a lot of walls and unnecessary obstructions. Oh yeah, and full disclosure, the guy at the counter hooked me up with a free shake the last time I went inside.”
