“First off I had my lunch inside so I will base my review off of that experience. The inside of Firehouse subs was very clean and welcoming. We had a short wait, however it was lunchtime, so it is to be expected and not a bad thing. The staff were friendly and helpful with me deciding on a sub. While waiting for my sub I was treated to a large selection of hot sauces from a scale of 1 to 10. Presumably 10 being the hottest. The scale is very off in my opinion as I am a self admitted chili head. I chose a few 10s and a few 8s and was pleased with the flavor all in all. Heat wise, I was disappointed but not enough for the loss of a star. Over all this place is amazing and I will be returning.”

“Very unique pizza, it has a thicker, richer dough than most other pizza joints. I got the "Motor City Meat Ball", and some bread sticks and was very pleased with it. Good texture on the meat balls, the bread sticks were super airy, they actually reminded me of a glazed twist dough nut but savory.”

“Food was good. Service was good at the front counter. Service at the food pick up was not good :( I felt like the workers were angry. My daughter never got her iced coffee. She had to asked for it before we left. I like the Panera statement of quality food. I am willing to pay for good food and it is really good food. But...every time I go into a Panera (not the same locations) the employees seem angry. That alone makes me not want to eat there. Who wants to deal with angry staff that is making question....why are they so angry???? Yikes!”
