Black Powder Grill

MUST TRY!! I stopped by yesterday and ordered a carne asada quesadilla. I would HIGHLY recommend! The meat was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. We tried several sides including: cowboy caviar, smoked Mac and cheese, and southwest corn. All were delicious, with the southwest corn being my favorite. The service was prompt and the prices were very reasonable! Dan and Erin are great cooks and even better people. I highly suggest stopping by to check out the Black Powder Grill!

As someone who lived in the southwest for a long time, I missed having access to green chile. Enter Black Powder Grill to save the day!! The addition of smoked meats makes it even better! Always pleasant and thankful for their customers. Definitely an asset to our community!

Had a burrito with brisket and mac 'n cheese that was amazing. Certainly an indulgent lunch option calorie wise, but worth it! We live locally and are thrilled to have this style of food as an option in our community. Follow the business on Facebook to get their location - mapping services in our area still struggle with accuracy.

I could go on and on about this amazing food truck but one things for sure is that their food is absolutely delicious. They are friendly, fast and their portions are really good! I’ve never been disappointed with their food. Try it, you won’t be disappointed! 😍

Real, slow smoked Texas brisket and slowed smoked pulled pork is amazing. The fajita steak and chicken is awesome. Owners are originally from the southwest and spent a lot of time in Texas and New Mexico. All the sauces are good but the quesadilla sauce on the fajita chicken tacos are the bomb. In response to another review: they are a seasonal food truck that parks at the Chevy dealership with permission.
