“Panera is one of my favorite restaurants. I have visited them all round Michigan. There are poor, average and excellent. This one is average (better than most other chain restaurants ) and well worth the eating experience. One concern is all the loose hair that is not contained in a hair net. Hope they do something about that.”

“Good customer service is soooo hard to find these days but the young lady I encountered was amazing. I stopped by this location at 630 am on 8/18 and was greeted with a person who made my experience so nice and it put me in a great mood all day. Kindness is contiguous and I for one hope this business thrives in our community. Good job.”
