This location provides excellent customer service as well as hot fresh food in a timely fashion. I have never had to pull over and wait for any order.
(Drive-thru): The staff was prompt and relatively friendly and helpful. The line went somewhat quickly, which is the norm for this Wendy's location. They have a better-than-average record of getting the order correct and including all of the needed condiments and extras than most of the drive-thru restaurants in Three Rivers and surrounding area.
Much better supply of items than the schoolcraft, MI store. I am a vegetarian and only eat potatoes that are baked from here. I wish they had a garden type salad, but that's just being a little hopeful. I'm not sure why I have to pay $.30 cents or so more to have guacamole on my potatoes, while the sign says I could add it to any salad for only a dollar. What's the damn difference? NOTHING! I've allowed this to go on for months now, but thought I would ask why that makes a difference? They forget my hot chili packs on 4/30 and forgot my guacamole saturday night 4/26. I had to park and go inside to have them not even look me in the eyes or offer an apology for their mistake. It's the attention to detail that makes a great restaurant and great customer service.
Love the fish sandwich. The McDonald's fish sandwich is my standard go to during lent, but this one is my favorite and is my special treat. I highly recommend it and wish it was a regular menu item!
