“I think they must’ve had a very rough morning/day by the time I got there because no one was particularly happy to see a customer walk in… behind the counter was a bit of a mess and one bathroom had no toilet paper but I think they were understaffed and tired. I was grateful for this location though, needed a break on my 15 hour drive. PSL and sausage egg and cheddar were good :) The only thing I know about Michigan is this Starbucks haha.”

“Very small location with decent sized menu. Wait time on food can take up to an hour on even simple orders, however kitchen size appears quite limited which makes the wait understandable. Staff could be quicker at cleaning tables after customers and it would be much nicer to not see any of them touching their faces without washing or sanitizing right after especially when they are the ones bringing plates of food to the tables. Staff is very nice and very friendly with everyone, seemed very accommodating and welcoming. Food tastes of homemade and it is delicious! Refills and check ins would be appreciated as our water refills took almost as long as the food did. Overall not a bad spot, just could use a few improvements here and there.”

“For the most part I enjoy my experience every time I go there! I have had… not so good customer service by a few employees and a few messed up drinks, but my most recent experience was amazing! The barista who took my order saw I had a dog and had a pup cup waiting for him when I pulled up! She was so sweet, wish I would’ve got her name! Thank you for making mine (and my pups) experience so great!”

“This place was packed during the lunch hour Rush. The employees were working hard and orders were coming out quick and fresh. The lobby was clean. As well as the restroom the food was delicious I would recommend their new signature crafted burgers. It's a gourmet McDonald's burger that will make you slap your mama.”

“White Pigeon, MI McDonald's has very friendly and helpful staff. The food is always really good and fairly quick service. I would recommend this store. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the TV thing. They have nice flat screens and they are set on news. However you have no idea what is going on because they do not have the closed captioning on. Any other restaurant I've been to with TVs have the closed captioning on. If you want to enjoy breakfast or lunch and catch up on the news, ain't gonna happen here, lol. Apparently it is a policy? I wish they would change this policy. Other than that excellent service.”
