Burger King

I was a McDonald's store manager 20 years ago, so this review is based on my experiences and the high standards and quality that I expect. The lobby and fountain areas were very clean and none of the trash cans were full. I didn't check the bathrooms.

Some of the younger employees, especially ones that work the front counter, seem to be a bit immature or undertrained. The older workers are doing a much better job and are definitely pulling the extra weight. That's really too bad because I know that they are not being compensated for the extra effort. I always enjoy making small talk with them and try to brighten their day a bit! Working fast food can really be a grind. The grill staff were quite slow the last time I was there also... I waited for a good 5 minutes for my sandwich and not my onion rings which I something as I would expect. Unfortunately I found a hair in my onion rings this time, really ending my appetite. Getting hair in the rings or fries is NOT as easy as you might think... Just a tip: if you find hair in yours, definitely ask for new box. (I had taken mine home and couldn't get back so I couldn't do anything about it. I'm open to the management contacting me to resolve this issue.)

BTW, I LOVE the new Rodeo King... It seems bigger than my head!

Came in for a quick bite after a visit to University of Michigan hospital. Food was great, staff was friendly, and service was fast. For a quick bite, this is a great place to go, especially if you have kids.

I Never realized that BURGER KING does not sell BURGERS in the morning. Along with this ,the breakfast sandwich I had tasted like it was pulled out of a drawer and heated. I rate 3 stars because the burgers are at least edible and can enjoy it.
