Carson's | American Bistro

My wife and I ate here with two friends for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our meals! They included an entree salad, burger, perch and whitefish. Meals were well prepped and presented as ordered. Dessert was scrumptious carrot served with vanilla ice cream... and was shared by the four of us.

Our server, Brittney, was excellent: attentive without being overbearing, brought us refills of our nonalcoholic drinks just before we finished them and was both friendly and efficient! Top notch!

Love the American,but diverse menu, something for everyone and fresh ingredients! Good happy hour and GREAT waitstaff..."where everybody knows your name...and they're always glad you came..." :)

I've eaten here a few times now and liked it very much. Drinks were poured well, the food is always prepared well and delicious, and the servers go out of their way to check on you, even servers who don't have your table. This is a nice go-to when you want a hassle-free meal, and the menu has a great selection to choose from.

We were extremely pleased with our experience at Carson's. The food was excellent, down to even the water! Our attendant was attentive and kind. There's an abundance of parking and there flat screen televisions at every turn. We plan on returning on our next opportunity. I highly recommend a visit to Carson's.
