Liked the interior design a lot, referring to the old train station. The service with Faith was excellent. Loved the shrimp in ginger, coconut, macadamia, must add it was the best shrimp I've ever eaten. The key lime, with a piece of lime to squeeze on top was superb.
Absolutely fantastic place! My husband and I just got married here on Saturday and it was amazing. The staff was so wonderful. Kristina was so helpful through everything. We couldn’t have asked for it to be more perfect. The food was delicious and perfectly proportioned. Our guests raved about how beautiful this venue was. Thanks again Gandy Dancer!!! ????????
This historic restaurant was a great dining experience, the staff are Customer focused and did extra to assist my husband and me as he was just leaving the Kellogg Eye Center after surgery. I recommend reservations for 4pm because you will get there before the dinner rush. They an outstanding dinner special which includes salad, dinner and dessert least than $35. It is well worth treating yourself.
First time eating here after many years of going by and hearing about it. Food was great, better than expected (from other reviews). Outstanding drinks and desert. Amtrak went by couple of times. Not sure why people clapped for that?
Whatever. I thought prices very fair for this level of dining.
Summary: truly unique setting with first rate dining. Very glad I finally made it here and plan to come back when in town next time.
Went for a work lunch on a Thursday and everything was superb. The whole table cleaned their plates.
We started with calamari and the brie. So good. I had the lemon chicken; it was juicy and tasty and I was sad to stop eating it. I also had the Blood Orange Bourbon, which was fruity, but not too sweet. Like just the right amount of everything.
Ambience and service were both great as well. Yay!
