    Med. Hot mocha was not hot at all. Not enough coffee.

    Dezi, Cole, Ashley and the other evening manager are awesome. They are always very friendly and know what I want as soon as I walk in. Amy on the morning shift makes the best Frappes!!! Thanks

    First I will say when I finely got me food it was good. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or what. It takes for ever to get your food (no special order) and then when they brought it out it wasn't right. This is the same experience I have had the last 3 times I have gone. Keep trying you will get back to that 5 star you use to be.
