Pizza House

The service was good and the staff were friendly. The food was good quality. We had a sicilian pie and a burger. We were a party of 3. The pie was good and crispy just like I ordered it. The sauce was just right, not too much or too little. The dough had a distinct taste and I liked the sesame seeds addition. The burger was juicy and good quality, but they brought it in late after we were about full from the pizza. The menu said the pie had 10 slices, but there was much more. I would say the place is a bit on the pricy side, especially their burgers and sandwiches, but they do serve good quality food. I would recommend it to friends and would go back if in town.

Some of the best Chicago style deep dish pizza I’ve ever had. There’s a reason this place is an Ann Arbor staple. Great patio seating with tv’s and a lot of really neat Michigan athletics memorabilia inside. It’s a little on the pricier side, but worth it, especially for big groups.

I attempted to speak with the manager concerning an order that my daughter picked up. This was Thursday evening, @8:00pm.

The manager didn’t give her name. She was argumentative, rude, and repeatedly talked over me when I tried to explain my problem.

When I pointed out that she was being rude, she raised her voice and proclaimed that she wasn’t. She then threatened to hang up on me and did.

This was uncustomary rudeness and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at this restaurant.

Addendum: I went back the next day and spoke with management: Rick and Brian.

Both were extremely attentive and concerned. They immediately recognized of whom I spoke. Their dedication to customer service was excellent!

Great campus haunt and family friendly. Super comfort food in a great atmosphere. Friendly knowledge staff. Love the Georgia Reuben and the pizza and the chipopi.
