Quality of the food was great. Little pricey but will probably go back. The ladies taking the orders were nice and attentative.

Delicious sandwiches! My friend always talked up this place, and the hype reflected the real thing! The service was fast, the staff friendly, the ambiance pleasant, and the sandwiches tasty with soft fresh bread and a great spread of available toppings. 10/10, would go again, my new go to sandwich place!

I have been to many sandwich shops but Potbelly's is unique for many reasons. It appears to be a sandwich shop only but the menu is as vast as the universe. There are many options, and many options after the options have seemed to run out. The bathrooms are clean and inviting. The service is fast and friendly. The management gets involved doing the "dirty work" if it gets really busy. I would recommend Potbelly for a meal alone, a meal to share intimately, a family meal after Sunday Church Service or the like. Even, just a quick bite to grab and go. In this current world of binge and bag, Potbelly is a an adequate alternative to the faster food stops that have long lost their cookie-cutter, corporate "congratulations, because you just spent a fortune, for a frozen, microwaved, thrown on a plastic plate along with the soul of American Health and Togetherness, entree."

Potbelly is consistently good. The sandwiches are great and they never let you down. I started out eating the AWreck sandwich then I graduated to the Italian. The soups are also great.
The thing that really makes Potbelly special is the cookies however. The sugar cookie is the best I've ever had!!! Its simple yet elegant. Always the perfect texture of soft in the middle but slightly crunchy on the edges. I cant leave them alone.
