Employee Ramon gave excellent customer service. He was so polite.

It happens to all fast food places over time but the floors are always a little slippery. I think it's the grease in the air. The day crew here are often more friendly than the evening crew. Which isn't to say I get bad service in the evening but the day ones are more open to chat for a second. There is sometimes some issues with this locations building that need to be addressed hence the low star count.

I was there for my lunch break and they were very fast and correct with my order. All they empolyees were very polite and made sure I was satisfied with my care. Love you Wendy's!

Go again.Super nice staff. Food was excellent and prepared exactly as ordered. There were very few customers when we arrived but then the hotel across the street had a mass exodus and then Wendy's began to fill. This Wendy's has one of those very cool soda machines so you can customize your own if your order is to eat-in. The host: Rudi was very personable and helpful. I really felt he was glad to have us as customers. In fact the entire staff seemed cohesive and worked well together. Great experience will definitely return. Super clean eat-in area. Everything was clean and tidy. This staff clearly takes pride in a job well done.
