“Great spot for both having handmade noodles with broth and having Boba! Everyone in our group of 4 enjoyed the food. They have different noodle size options (since they're hand made) and they also have Gluten free noodles. Clean spot, with indoor seating, fast service, modern ambience. “Had an amazing time with friends to catch up on life. Our waitress was so super nice and funny, too. Delicious brews and even better food. I had one of the berry brews on the draft menu and WOW was it good. Their chicken strips were incredible as well! After we ate, we popped into their game room for a bit and hung out playing games for about an hour. Totally in love with their Stranger Things Pinball machine ”

“Tomukun is extraordinary. I was visiting the area from a major city, where we have nothing so good or affordable. The same bowl where I live would have been double the cost and not as good. I cannot recommend Tomukun enough for its authenticity and superior quality. The wait staff is very young—super nice, but some are maybe a little unskilled in paying attention to service. The egg was over cooked, the broth was yummy but maybe less strictly authentic, but the pork belly was perfect and everything was very balanced and fresh, well made. The space is small, but cozy. Really, the staff and space could have been awful and I’d still want to eat here every day. The steamed buns were perfect. The noodles were perfect. Ann Arbor is very lucky.”

“I always enjoy their food and it's a fun experience cooking on the table grill. I think the air wasn't working and it was very warm inside which makes for a less pleasant experience. But the food was delicious. We got the BBQ combo with 3 meats - my favorite being the short ribs. I do wish the seats were more comfortable. You definitely don't want to sit too long in those chairs. Service, although pleasant, wasn't very attentive. We long stretches without being checked on and that was disappointing. Definitely worth a try.”

“My husband and I chose Taste Kitchen to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Normally we would've taken a vacation, but the stars didn't align in our favor this year. We wanted to go somewhere extra special. Above and beyond our normal dining experiences. We both love and appreciate good food and drinks so this was right for us. When we arrived, I gave my name for the reservation and were promptly seated with special "Happy 20th Anniversary, Doug and Laura" menus. Then served a glass of champagne all while overlooking the bustling street from a window table. The food was impeccable. The service was too. The meal ended with some coffee and not one, but all three of the evening's desserts. My favorite dining experience ever. And right here in my local area. I can and will be back. These people KNOW what they're doing! Thanks again to those at Taste Kitchen that made our night so special!”

“I don’t typically write reviews but I just had to for the Stray Hen! Wow, my partner and I got breakfast here on Sunday and on Monday I was back again. The food here is so good and the vibes of the place just really help make this place stand out. Perfect spot to bring mom and dad on the weekend or to study! I loved the Apple cookie butter waffles in the flight combo, the breakfast potatoes, the scramblers and the iced coffee. Everything we tried outstanding. I am so excited that I found this place, and I can’t wait to try more things! I also think the prices are VERY reasonable, especially considering the ambiance and uniqueness/quality of the food! 10/10!!”
