    IHOP rocks. The live to add butter so make sure you love butter or ask them to bring it on the side.

    They make simple foods like pancakes FUN

    Waitress linda was amazing kept an eye on everything funny but not over the top. Food is good. Great prices.

    Suprisingly good coffee for a chain. Also enjoy the breakfasts served all day and the 4 different kinds of syrup. Its also got amazing pancakes.
