    Nick is BACK! What a great concept. Everyone loves grilled cheese, right?
    I had the Tomato Basil Soup, today. Silky and flavorful. Nick's is just what we needed to round out the Paint Creek Mall. AND, OMG: They sell Guernsey Ice Cream!

    5/5 stars. Simple, sweet, and superb.

    I'm genuinely surprised by how great this cute shop is! First of all the food was so filling. Like i didn't eat anything all day before coming here and I had a healthy portion and couldn't even finish that! I got the big cheese potatoes with gyro toppings and it. Was. Delicious.

    Also the staff was very friendly and competent. As a waitress myself I was blown away by her immediate presentation of options on the menu. I swear That doesn't happen anywhere else.

    I found a new spot and will return soon. :)

    Quick service from a friendly staff with a clean and attractive dining area. The great america grilled cheese was delicious!
