Wendy's

Most of the time, our order is accurate. My wife has a lot of allergies which requires ordering things not on the sandwiches so it's a relief that they get this right most of the time. Sometimes staff seems pretty angry, especially managers. I brought in a receipt because I had done a survey and the manager was cashiering and said, "Oh goody, you did our survey." It was in that forced polite/bit sarcastic tone. If you hate dealing with coupons, that's fine but don't say stuff to make people feel bad about it. I ordered both of the spicy chicken sandwiches plain. When they came out with stuff on them, I asked for them to be redone. The cook was fine with it, asked if it needed to be remade entirely or just new top bun. Said we needed new sandwiches because of allergies. Manager gave such a scathing look. As well as another reviewer on here, I have been in when another manager has been yelling at staff. Be nice to people. They don't get paid enough to deal with the purgatory that is fast food customer service. Overall though, they get the order straight most of the time so if I'm in a mood to eat Wendy's against my better judgement, this is one I frequent.

My kids like, no ... love ... the $5 for 4.
I get the Big Dave and a beverage to help swallow it down after 3 or 4 big bites (so good, third gone) sneak a few fries and a nugget or 2 from the kids and I am good to go. Oh, the kids, in back eating with gusto ... I say why so much gusto? They look at each other and say in unison: " we gonna finish this before we get home and gotta share". So good.

What we all do without the famous Wendy's Frosty! I love their food, and it's always fresh. I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because for some reason this location is very slow at getting you your food. I would definitely make sure you had plenty of time during your lunch hour because you are going to need it.
