Bolero Latin Cuisine

Great service, great food. Not one thing to complain about. Very satisfied all around.

Nice atmosphere and good service, that's where it stops. The salads we're decent on appearance and dressing was delicious but it's a salad. The entrees only slightly warm to the touch and not any explosive flavors or excitement. Steak was over cooked and shrimp with potatoes were almost cold. The most appealing and flavorful item was sadly the bread you receive in the beginning of your visit. Prices are moderate no complaints there. But no effort from myself to have any desire to return to this establishment if I were looking for something to cancel out hunger. Not impressed.

I had a phenomenal experience at Bolero last night. They fortunately were able to accommodate our party of eight plus two infants last minute which is unheard of. The food is incredible and authentic. My entire party thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers, main courses, drinks, and deserts. Oh, and the drinks! WOW! Not one complaint, we were blown away. Additionally, the ambiance is gorgeous! None of the above would have been possible without our INCREDIBLE waiter. He made our first-time experience absolutely exceptional. I can't wait to return for brunch!

We had been told a few times about the restaurant and didn't visit because some of our friends had heard there were issues between the chef and owner. However, we still decided to take a gamble and were very glad we did. Food was great. Server was very accommodating and music/atmosphere was nice, as well. Definitely plan on returning. My wife is from S. America so for her to say it's now on her short list is saying something .
