    The wall eye fish is perfectly fried and A1 quality....meanwhile, you are in an African American culture when the customer order ask them how they wish their fish fried...most will choose a 1minute 30 seconds longer than your correct cooking guideline....The cole slaw is great with perfections of vegetables and your creamy sauce...The fried potatoes are perfectly matured and tasty. I love the courtesy of condiments before receiving my bag ( just in case I forgot) Thank you for servicing District #3
