They Say

I decided to visit the new restaurant in Harper Woods with my daughter. When we walked in a smiling staff person greeted us and led us to our booth. The atmosphere was lively, jazzy and really nice. Only problem is after we sat down, we waited 12 minutes and NO ONE came back to our table. No offers of water or drinks, in fact, when we first looked around the waiters/waitress were talking and then they seem to have all disappeared into the back for 10 minutes, except one waiter serving others on the other side of the restaurant. I feel that this was unacceptable service, and we should not have to wait over 10 minutes to receive service or even a "we will be right with you" would have been acceptable. So we simply got up left. Very disappointed. I think you need a floor manager to keep servers on point in customer service. May try again and see if I can give a better review next time.

Wait staff right on que. Food; I ordered a carry out grilled chicken salad was not impressed with salad size, flavor was pretty dam good, but what would bring me back. I think I missed something on the menu, place was packed carryout and sitting pretty dam full.

This place was pretty decent. The only things that bothered me the lack of vegan/vegetarian options and no drink menu for the dining area. Other than that, the DJ was great and the place had a nice vibe to it.

Nice food, friendly atmosphere. Crowded on the weekend. Open dinning area, with mainly tables. Kind of loud talking and music. Bar area. Safe parking with security.

My first time and I have to say that those wings are life. Sweet zesty BBQ was so good. Definitely coming back here from now on. Customer service was excellent. Our server was so nice and very talkative.
