Best garlic plantains I have had ! Loved the vegetarian burger too!

Only got to pop in for a quick dessert, but everything was very good. The shakes are great, with or without the cinnamon. I think it adds something nice, but it is not for everyone.

The churro is very good, but different than what you may find at other places. There was a citrus undertone I really enjoyed, though I know that my friends did not. They are very big, so well worth the price tag.

I give them 3 stars based on past experience but if I was rating them based on yesterday's food it would be 1 star. I was very disappointed that after a $90 order our Cuban sandwiches were not as they've been in the past. They were dry the bread was hard and the bacon was under cooked. The plantains were hard as well as if they were old and reheated or something. I was very disappointed as we've ordered from there before and loved the food. The staff isn't knowledgeable of their products they consistently have to put you on hold and you get a different answer each time. I hope the quality of the food was just a one time deal. I may try them one more time but if the quality of the food is the same I will be done with them. Please address this. You have a good concept not many Cuban restaurants around so it's important you maintain a consistent quality and menu items.

Delicious food and the atmosphere was amazing.... I had the chicken burger and it was YUM!!!! Stopped there to waste time before a show at the Fox and boy was it worth the visit!!!! The staff was beyond polite, explained the menu very well and made some great recommendations. They have great customer services skills. I love, love, loved this place!

I'm very excited to have this restaurant downtown. A friend and I stopped in for dinner, and the food was excellent. The happy hour menu has great deals as well. There was a mix-up that delayed my order, but the service was perfect and they handled the situation brilliantly. I'll definitely be recommending this place!
