Motor City Brewing Works

It was a beautiful sunny day. We had the option of sitting outside or the bar. We sat at the bar and chatted with the friendly bartender and other locals. Summer brew had just been released that morning and we got a pour on the house. The food coming out looked good. We happened to run into it and we were glad we stopped.

Visited with my Mother on a Sunday afternoon and was not busy at all. There is a upstairs patio along with a outdoor beer garden as well. Great location next to other restaurants and local shops. We ordered one of the fire oven pizzas which was amazing and a couple of their signatures cocktails. The service was also great and the food did not take long at all.

I visited during a perfect day to sit outside on the patio. All the beers in the beer flight were great and the food was fantastic as well. Will definitely have to be back after seeing everyone with a delicious looking pizza. Super friendly and helpful staff when I left my tab open!

The food was amazing. Seated immediately. Good drinks. Would have loved to have stayed longer but it was unbearably hot! They need to have A/C.

One of my favorite breweries in downtown Detroit (Midtown). They have been making great classic styles of beer since 1995. They also make amazing wood fired oven pizza. In the summer, they have outdoor seating. They sell plenty of beer to go. Bonus, they also sell wine and make some canned cocktails!
