Have dined at Pequeño Cantina twice and had a good meal with excellent service both times. The servers were attentive and friendly and the food was thoughtfully prepared. Very tasty. My only knock on Pequeño were the drink prices. My drink was $17 and had a ton of ice in it. The drink prices prevent me from giving Pequeño 5 stars. I do plan to go back but not for the drinks.
A quaint little neighborhood spot did not disappoint for a quick bite and cocktail. The service was friendly and I was noshing at the table within 5 minutes of seating. Signature drinks (I tried the Fall on Livernois; Superb...made with Don Julio), quick service, food was hot and fresh. Those Wings were delicious with the sweet and spicy flair. Great job!
Oh my Goodness. The food was amazing; I had the burrito with veggies (wet). It was enough for two people. Margaritas are all natural (no mix) and worth every penny. I will be back before this new secret becomes the next hot spot (which it will).
Look for the orange awning, until their new name/signage it up.
How could I forget mention that service and attention was outstanding. So many people checked on us, but not so much that we were annoyed, that I forgot who our original server was. Best service I've had during this pandemic.
Wonderful little bad. Krystal was our bartender and gave us outstanding service! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting while still remaining lively. The drinks are high quality, along with the food. The burrito was a generous portion and left me with leftovers.
Enjoyed a lovely dinner last night. The service was very friendly and the food and drinks were excellent! Their tortillas and chips are so good! I ordered the chicken fajitas and they were cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is warm and cozy too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and am excited to return! Pro tip, if street parking is scarce, you can park in the Mike's Market lot for $5. We did, and it was a nice option.
