    I placed an order for delivery through Potbelly's website. There was a mix up with Door dash that unfortunately caused my order to be late. I called the restaurant and was told the Mgr. was on the phone with them trying to see what happened because the driver hadn't showed up. The Mgr called me back to apologize for the inconvenience and said another driver was a mile away from their store and of they didn't arrive in 10 minutes she'd personally bring my order and that she was including cookies for free. The DD driver did come. She But Vickie the store mgr. STILL called me back to make sure I received my order! I WAS TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY by Vicki's kindness and going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! POTBELLY YOU'D BETTER HOLD ON TO HER!!!!

    Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Accidentally made a mistake with my order and didn’t charge me for the breakfast sandwich since it wasn’t what I ordered.

    Place is great, cheap, fast enough to get your food and come back to work, and breakfast is really great
