The French Cow crepes shop

I had only ever tried crepes once before at a mall kiosk when I was younger. I certainly thought back then that the ones I had tried were amazing…but i was so incredibly wrong. One taste of the French Cow crepes transported me to a whole other realm of culinary experience. From the texture, aroma, fresh ingredients and the absolutely incredible taste - I cannot recommend more to anyone who has yet to try one to go and treat yourself. The owner also made special accommodations for my allergies and customizes each crepe for my kiddos. This is such a great place to take the whole family!

If you are looking for authentic French crepes look no further. Delicious, fresh ingredients-so good! We love visiting The French Cow when we are at Eastern Market. I don’t know if they cater parties, but it would be delightful to have The French Cow for a bridal shower, baby shower or graduation party. Very trendy and classic at the same time. Definitely a Detroit must have-Well worth the wait!

Best crepes around! I can't decide if I like the sweet or savory better so you might have to get both. Excellent staff and fantastic energy! If you happen to see a line on a Saturday at Eastern Market, it's worth the wait! Grab your place and line and enjoy the atmosphere. You will thank me.

This is one of the absolute best parts about coming to Eastern Market. The crepes are phenomenal and so delicious. We love to bring all of our out of town guest whenever we can. Long lines are a given because each crepe is made with extra care and love and it’s worth it (even in the cold).
