“This location often is out of things, but I have had good experiences generally with the staff. This visit, I got the wrong bagel for one person in my car and they forgot mine (they did make it when I asked about it). Because the staff were so nice, I didn't make a fuss or drive back through the line to correct the other bagel. They gave me a good laugh on a hard day.”

“will the Tim hortons on Greenfield have nice staff in the morning until 2pm. The afternoon staff needs more people to get the service faster. The inside is small space not enough for gathering the outside space is bigger something not right most people don't sit outside and the place is not open 24hours a day. They need to expand the inside more. Some staff needs to smile and better yet greet the customer before you ask what they want. Keep the place clean not sure why they have the long carpet its get dirty most of time get rid of it. Just leave the small one by the door. the satisfaction of the customer more importantly than money.”

“Location is good perfect spot on Woodward. Walking in we were greeted by a wonderful hostess, she seated us right away. But the service on the other hand wasn't as wonderful. Waitress was really nice but a bit overwhelmed and couldn't keep up. Place had good vibes, and music. Now down to the appetizers and meals.The Block Mac and bland maybe tried it on an off night because a lot of people raved about it and said it was one of the best sellers. Chicken sandwich had too much going on. Might have been too much shredded lettuce and it was a bit on the sweet side. The WINGS on the other hand was the best I've ate in some time, fries were good also. The lemonade was also delicious, just right. The dessert was good had the German Chocolate cupcakes. If they made the menu a little bigger on the options that would be ideal! Overall I'll go with a 3.75.”
