“I went to this place because a friend of mines told me that they had chitterlings and I was excited because I haven't eaten them in years my parents use to make them for me and my siblings along with our children, both my parents are deceased. So to get a lil back of what I lost I came there my food wasn't prepared right and I was upset about my order again being a first time customer I was told Dee Dee would call me the next morning but that didn't happen so I called and when I spoke to hear she listened to my concern and she helped me out with my order I am very appreciative of how she handled the situation. “If you want some good chicken, fish or shrimp this is the place to go... Their perch fish is some of the best I've had. The shrimp is equally good but I just wish they'd use a bigger jumbo shrimp. Not only is the food good, it's not real greasy like a lot of places that fry their food..”

I’m very picky and a bit neurotic about cleanliness at restaurants having worked as a waitress and bartender seeing a lot..... this is hands down one of the cleanest organized regarding food freshness and quality..... I can’t think of a single time things weren’t done by the book and beyond! Food always on point, staff friendly efficient and knowledgeable. Comfortable setting,not to bright, not to loud but a great jukebox and very rarely does anything seem inconsistent or not in order. ✴️ The boss is tough on his staff, but he made me a better waitress and now dining there I realize I always have excellent service.....consistently...... I don’t do these reviews often but because I’m picky about cleanliness and I had the inside scoop thought I’d share for the others like me. Oh and the bartender John has worked there forever and is great at his job and entertaining as well.”

“Cute little stop for breakfast. The nice wait staff was hoping when we arrived. All by herself she rocked out to go orders and took care of us. Enjoyed my bacon and cheese omelette and the farmers omelette was filled with veggies and smothered in good gravy. Recommend stopping by for a bite”

“Phenomenal overnight crew! May 17th 2019 at 0243 a.m. I received REALLY good service. They were very accommodating. I had a difficult and demanding order which would take them longer than usual to prepare but they were apologetic for the additional time and even offered additional services in apology for the wait. And in the past this is one of the few McDonald's so never mess up my orders”

“Just discovered Papa’s! Have ordered twice now since discovering this place. First time, we got a pizza with butter cheese crust and some wing dings with couple sauces on the side. They made sure we had all of our sauces which was suuuuper important to me!! Much appreciated there. Also, the pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The second time we got some battered mushrooms, wing dings again (tossed in roasted garlic BBQ) and 1/4LB of shrimp. As requested, I got plenty of extra cocktail, again much appreciated with my sauciness! The breading on that shrimp was pretty thick but I personally really enjoyed it. If those weren’t hand-battered shrimps, you definitely had me fooled. So far, I love everything about Papa’s and truly can’t wait for my next order from them! Thanks guys, keep up the great work.”
